The price for all my services varies with the complexity of
the document, the level of service provided, and the turnaround
time requested.
:: TURNAROUND

The turnaround time varies with the complexity of the document,
the type of work involved (translation, editing, or both) and
my availability.
However, the general rule is that standard translation service
is completed within 48 hours (2 business days) per 2,000 words.
I offer rush and super rush services for documents that need
to be translated with a faster turnaround. Please contact me
for more information.
Please note that these turnaround times apply to electronically
transferred documents only.
Please submit your text for a free evaluation. I will review
your document and return a price quotation within one business
day. This is a fast procedure and it involves no obligation.

:: WORKING PROCEDURE
::
1. Fill out and submit the quote request form and
send me a complete copy or sample pages of your document. You
can send your document by e-mail (as an attachment) or by regular
mail. I accept files in various
formats. If you send me a translated document for proofreading
or editing, please also send me the original text in English.
The original document serves as a reference and allows me to
proofread and/or edit the translated document as accurately
as possible. This is especially important if the document is
highly technical. TRUST ME!
2. I review your text and return a price quotation and a contract
by the end of the next business day. The quotation is free and
indicates exactly how much the service will cost. There is no
further obligation to use my services.
3. If you choose to use my services, I will begin to work on
your document immediately after I receive the signed contract.
Some work might require an advanced payment.
4. I proofread, edit or translate your document and return the
completed text along with an invoice within the expected due
date (as outlined on our contract). While working on your document,
I may ask you questions to help clarify specific points in your
work.
5. Your payment is due within 30 days of receipt of the completed
work. I accept cheques drawn on Canadian funds and money orders.
I also accept wire transfers and cheques drawn on other currencies
with a nominal processing fee.
Minimum charge of 1 hour (editing services) or CAD $60.00 (translation
services). A prepayment of 25% of the total amount is required
for all quotations over CAD $1,000.
